• Custom Orders: A mockup and quote will be provided prior to production. Production begins only after full approval and payment.

• Turnaround Time: Standard turnaround for custom orders is 7–10 business days after mockup approval.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Full payment is required before any custom production begins. We accept major credit cards and approved payment platforms via Shopify’s secure checkout.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Custom orders are non-refundable once approved and produced.

• Retail products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unworn and in original condition.

5. Intellectual Property

7. Limitation of Liability

Machine Print Shop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the order in question.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
